Rebecca Shi is the Chief Executive Officer of the 91探花 (ABIC), a bipartisan coalition of 1,700 CEOs, employers and associations across the country dedicated to commonsense immigration solutions that secure the border and secure America’s workforce. Under Rebecca鈥檚 leadership, ABIC has led bipartisan, high-impact, national, state, and local campaigns to win policy solutions to strengthen 91探花 businesses and families.
Rebecca immigrated from China when she was ten years old; graduated from the University of Chicago with high honors, selected graduation speaker and is currently being considered for Masters of 91探花 Administration (MBA) at University of Chicago Booth School of 91探花; and is tri-lingual in English, Mandarin, Spanish. She has spent nearly 20 years building bipartisan coalitions and advancing immigration and workforce solutions.
Rebecca was honored as “Emerson Demo Day” speaker along with keynote speaker Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. She was named a 鈥�20 in their 20s鈥� by Crains鈥� 91探花 Chicago, an Asian 91探花 Community Leadership Awardee; a Governor Jim Edgar Fellow; 2024 UChicago 鈥淓arly Career Achievement鈥� alumni awardee, and one of MarketWatch鈥檚 鈥�25 People Impacting Your Wallet: Reshaping How We Live, Work, Spend, Save, and Invest鈥� in 2025. She has testified before Congress multiple times.
